Norcom Solutions is seeking a talented Sales Engineer to join our rapidly growing organization. We are looking for a reliable professional, who can achieve balance between customer orientation and a sales focused approach. As a Norcom Sales Engineer you will:

• Participate in discovery meetings with clients

• Prepare and perform demonstrations and technical presentations to help clients understand our product and solution offerings

• Provide technical support to the Norcom Sales Team

• Create configurations (Mitel CPQ) and Scope of Work statements for proposals

• Respond to technical and functional RFP’s when necessary.

• Document and communicate product feedback and new requirements from our supported technologies

• Plan for upgrades and modifications to products to meet client needs

• Advise Norcom team members on emerging technology monthly and always be on the lookout for additional products to add to our portfolio.

 

As a sales engineer you need:

• 2+ years of sales engineering experience (Mitel experience preferred)

• Experience delivering presentations and demonstrations to senior level business and technical audiences

• Excellent communication skills

• Proven analysis and problem-solving expertise

• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Ability to travel when needed
