Security Systems Business Development Manager

Norcom Solutions is seeking a talented Security Systems Business Development Manager to join our rapidly growing organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Security Systems Business Development Manager is responsible for managing marketing and sales development within the Security System sector. This is a collaborative position with both sales support and operations in joint development of all prospects and current Norcom clients. This is a new position at Norcom and allows our Security Systems Business Development Manager the opportunity to be an integral part in the success of our Security Systems business sector. Plan & Execute: Thoughtfully create and execute marketing plans. Develop a strategy for the overall SS Sector to engage both new and existing clients about the SS products and services. Propose & Follow Through: Create proposals and follow up on all prospects, both cultivated and assigned. Achieve: Meet or exceed individual targets for new and existing clients. Document: Control contract and documentation process with clients. Collaborate: Work closely with the Norcom team to ensure client success. Work closely with our marketing team to create and communicate a consistent message around Security Systems. Attend: Attend meetings and trade shows representing Norcom. Remote option can be discussed.

Mitel Certified Technician

Norcom is seeking to add to our team a qualified person to install, operate, and maintain voice/data networks that utilizes Mitel technology. A successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem solving skills, a strong work ethic, and good client relations. Job duties include establishing voice and data networks; installing telecommunications equipment, routers, switches; programming features; establishing connections and integrations; following industry standards; activating remote access tools. Knowledge of Mitel along with proper certifications are desired for: Mitel MiVoice Business (3300 and virtual), Mitel NuPoint, MiCollab, MiContact Center. Familiar with Ethernet switching, configuring VLANs and supporting VoIP within those systems where applicable. Also comfortable in deploying and maintaining wireless access points. Knowledge of SIP trunking and call routing is essential. Valid Driver’s License. Ability to travel and work out of area.

Cable Technician

Norcom is seeking to add to our team an experienced person to work with various cable that include but are not limited to: Twisted pair raiser, Coax, Category 5e, Category 6, Single and Multi-mode fiber optic cables. Responsibilities include adept at reviewing floor plans to ensure successful installations, adept at reviewing floor plans to ensure successful installations. Pulling, placement, termination, testing and labeling. Assist in the installation of CCTV and Sound. Valid drivers license and ability to get to Norcom office or job site. Ability to travel and work out of area.

Inside Sales Support

Business development inside sales role responsible for lead generation, handling customer concerns, assisting with proposals, and building sales pipeline. Respond to warm leads, handle inbound calls, chats, and emails, understand industry trends, obtain and retain clients. Work in conjunction with sales and marketing strategy to provide outstanding pre and post-sales support and administrative assistance.

Cloud Sales - Entry Level

Join an experienced team of sales, marketing, technology, and engineering professionals. This position has responsibility for all sales activity and pipeline development specifically for our Norcom Cloud UCaaS solution. In this role you will focus on engaging existing Norcom Solutions accounts to migrate current install base to the cloud, as well as being highly involved in prospecting and winning new customer opportunities to drive sales growth and Norcom brand awareness.
